Refund Policy

Digital Service — No Refund Policy

Stocklution Research Analytics provides digital research services (reports, model portfolio access, market signals). As these are digital goods that are consumed upon delivery, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription period has begun and research has been delivered. This is consistent with standard practice for digital subscription services and compliant with applicable Indian consumer protection regulations for digital goods.

7-Day Refund Window (New Subscribers)

First-time subscribers who have not previously held a Stocklution subscription may request a full refund within 7 days of subscription commencement, provided: • No more than one research report has been accessed or downloaded • The request is made in writing to refunds@stocklution.com • The refund request includes the subscriber name, email, and order ID Refunds under this policy will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Technical Failure Refunds

If you are unable to access your subscription due to a technical failure on our platform (not related to your device or internet connection), and the issue persists for more than 48 hours despite our support efforts, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund for the affected period.

Auto-Renewal Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for the unused portion of the current period unless you are within the 7-day new subscriber window.

To request a refund, email refunds@stocklution.com with: • Subject: "Refund Request — [Your Order ID]" • Your name and registered email • Order ID / Transaction reference • Reason for refund request We will respond within 2 business days.
