Rights of Investors

- ✓Receive accurate, unbiased research based on publicly available information
- ✓Have grievances addressed within 21 calendar days of submission
- ✓Receive all SEBI-mandated disclosures in every research communication
- ✓Be informed of any interest / holding in securities covered in research
- ✓Have personal data protected per the Privacy Policy and applicable data laws
- ✓Cancel or modify subscription as per the Refund Policy
- ✓Seek redressal through SEBI SCORES 2.0 and SMART ODR if internal resolution fails

Do's

- ✓Check the SEBI registration certificate and verify registration number on SEBI website before engaging
- ✓Pay fees only through banking channels (no cash, no crypto)
- ✓Read all research reports including risk parameters carefully before acting
- ✓Verify recommendations against your own financial situation and risk tolerance
- ✓File grievances with SEBI SCORES if not resolved by the Research Analyst within 21 calendar days
Don'ts
- ✗Do not deal with unregistered / unlicensed intermediaries claiming to be research analysts
- ✗Do not make payments in cash or through digital assets / cryptocurrency
- ✗Do not share your login credentials, OTPs, or personal financial details
- ✗Do not act on unsolicited research tips or messages not from your registered RA
- ✗Do not be misled by promises of guaranteed or assured returns — these are prohibited by SEBI
- ✗Do not ignore stop-loss guidance and risk warnings mentioned in research reports
