Grievance Redressal

We take investor grievances seriously. Our redressal process follows the SEBI SCORES 2.0 escalation framework (effective April 1, 2024).

STEP 1

Submit Grievance to Stocklution

Email your grievance to our designated Grievance Officer with all relevant details. We will acknowledge within 2 business days and resolve within 21 calendar days.

STEP 2

RAASB — Research Analyst Administration & Supervisory Body

If your grievance is not resolved within 21 calendar days, you may escalate to RAASB (BSE Administration & Supervision Ltd), the body supervising SEBI Registered Research Analysts. Our BASL Membership ID is 5915.

STEP 3

SEBI SCORES 2.0 (If RAASB Unresolved)

If the grievance remains unresolved after RAASB escalation, you may file directly with SEBI via the SCORES 2.0 portal. SEBI will take it up with us.

SMART ODR — Online Dispute Resolution

SEBI has established the SMART ODR platform for online conciliation and arbitration of securities market disputes. This is available as a final recourse if SEBI SCORES resolution is unsatisfactory.

What to Include in Your Grievance

  • Full name and registered email address
  • Subscription / order ID
  • Nature of grievance (detailed description)
  • Date the issue occurred
  • Supporting documents (screenshots, emails, etc.)
  • Desired resolution
